Words

I find myself
So often amazed by you
How bad and broken
Bent and bullied you are
You gyrate in my mouth
Trek all down my spine
Pacify and explode
You are somethin'!

You
So phunky in lonely solitude
Or laid out in a lovely string
You
Astonish me with your sounds
Your rhythms
Your absolute ambivalence
You are so agile
You are somethin'!

You
Flutter my diaphragm
Dance on my thorax
Nestle under my tongue
Remove the rough from my feet
You
Nurture my spirit
You are rhapsody
Pushin' me to exhaustion
Then replenishing
You are somethin'!

You
Bloom and pollinate
Crease with the wind
You summer, spring and rise with the children
You are Ebonics baby

You
Rub and drink me
Caress and entice me
You
Fondle and fuck
You
Knock me to my knees
Raise my right hand high
You
Build and fill me to vibration
You are somethin'!

You got me smilin'
and cryin'
Wigglin' my toes
out loud
You got me high struttin'
and deep thinkin'
You got me breathin'
and searchin'
Findin'
My
Liberation
You got me hooked baby
You are
somethin'!!!
